1. Scope

These terms govern all purchases and rentals made through this website, in addition to any specific contract attached to the product at checkout.

2. Orders and rentals

A purchase or rental is considered confirmed once payment is captured by Stripe. For rentals, identity verification is required before payment.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include applicable VAT. Payment is processed immediately and in full.

4. Shipping

Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Risk passes to the customer once the package is delivered to the address provided.

5. Right of withdrawal

Sales: 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer-protection regulations. Rentals are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the rental period has started.

6. Liability

Unaffair's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected order or rental, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Applicable law
