Returns

Purchases

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The piece must be unworn and in its original condition.

Rentals

Returns are scheduled with a courier on the agreed end date. Please make sure the piece is ready in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once the return is inspected, refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Damages

For rentals, any damage beyond expected wear is communicated within 48 hours of inspection. Repair costs are deducted from the security pre-authorisation.
